SWCC is committed to conduct such symposiums regularly. This symposium is the 7^th in this series in an attempt to exchange the accumulated experience. Due to major transformation that SWCC is going through, the theme of this Symposium is chosen to be “Knowledge Based Development” to emphasis the importance of identifying the suitable path and setting the appropriate strategies in an attempt to explore the future.
